This site (IT Service Exam Prep) and each course on it are owned and operated by DataPig LLC. By accessing or using them, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Study aid only. Every course here is an independent exam-preparation tool, provided for educational purposes only. It is not professional advice, and using it does not guarantee any examination result or outcome.
No affiliation. DataPig LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by PeopleCert International Limited or AXELOS. ITIL is a registered trademark of PeopleCert International Limited. Per-course disclosures:
- IT Service Management Foundation Prep: Built to the official PeopleCert ITIL 4 Foundation Candidate Syllabus (v4.2.0, Mar 2025): 40 multiple-choice questions, 60 minutes, closed book, pass = 26 of 40 (65%, the official provisional pass mark), no negative marking; +25% time (75 minutes) if you test in a non-native language. Official learning-outcome weighting: the 7 practices in detail 42.5% (the single largest block), 15 practice purposes + key terms 17.5%, the 7 guiding principles 15%, key concepts 12.5%, value chain 5%, four dimensions 5%, service value system 2.5% — the practices together carry 60% of the marks. PeopleCert publishes NO pass rate; anyone quoting one is guessing. Version note, answered straight: the new ITIL (Version 5) launched February 2026 and runs in parallel; PeopleCert's current plan sunsets ITIL 4 exams on 31 December 2027 — your ITIL 4 certification remains valid either way (3-year renewal via retake, CPD points, or a higher cert), and a Foundation Bridge to v5 exists. Intellectual property. The site, its design, original content, audio, and software are © 2026 DataPig LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. All practice items are original study material; no proctored exam content is reproduced. You may use the site for your personal, non-commercial exam preparation only.
Payments & refunds. The course is a one-time purchase, not a subscription — you are billed once and never auto-renewed. If you are not satisfied, you get a full refund within 24 hours of purchase — processed automatically. Request it in-app (Help → Request a refund) or email support@itserviceexamprep.com. When a refund is issued, paid access to that course ends. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
Provided “as is.” The site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DataPig LLC disclaims all warranties and is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site.
Changes. DataPig LLC may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
